01 · You book online or call
Pick a day and time window. We text within one business hour to confirm the exact arrival time.
02 · Free walkthrough (about 30 minutes)
We measure every room, check walls, trim and subfloor, and talk through colors, materials and timing. Bring your questions and your Pinterest board.
03 · Written fixed-price quote (within 48 hours)
Scope, materials, price and a real start date in writing. No pressure. The quote is good for 30 days.
04 · Scheduling and materials
Once you sign, we lock your start date, order flooring, and confirm colors. You get a reminder text before we arrive.
05 · Prep and work
Furniture moved, floors and fixtures covered. Painting happens before flooring so drips never hit your new floor. Cleanup every day.
06 · Final walkthrough and sign-off
We walk every room with you and fix anything on the punch list. Final payment only after you're satisfied.
