Yes. The walkthrough and written quote cost nothing and there is no obligation.
Will the price change once you start?
No. Your quote is a fixed price for the written scope. It only changes if you ask for more work, and you approve that in writing first.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we send our registration and certificate of insurance with every quote.
How soon can you start?
We give you a real start date with your quote. Fall books up before the holidays, so earlier is better.
How do I pay?
A deposit to lock your start date, with the balance due only after your final walkthrough.
Painting
Do I need to move furniture?
No. We move and cover furniture and put it back. Just clear small breakables and wall hangings.
How long does a room take?
Most standard bedrooms are done in a day. Rooms with heavy repairs, dark color changes or lots of trim can take longer. Your quote lists the schedule.
Do you help pick colors?
Yes. We bring samples to the walkthrough and can paint test swatches before you commit.
Flooring
Can you install flooring I already bought?
Yes. We check it for quantity and defects before we start.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes. Tear-out and haul-away can be included in your quote.
Can you do paint and floors in the same room?
That is what we are built for. We paint first, then install flooring, so drips and ladder marks never touch your new floor.
What is the best floor for a basement?
Usually luxury vinyl plank, because it is waterproof and floats over concrete. We check moisture at the walkthrough.
Cabinets
Will painted cabinets chip?
Proper degreasing, sanding and a bonding primer are what keep cabinet paint from failing. We do all three on every job.
How long will my kitchen be out of service?
The boxes are usually done in a few days while doors are finished off-site or in a staged area. Your quote lists the timeline.
Can you change my hardware?
Yes. We can install new knobs and pulls you choose, including filling old holes if the spacing changes.
